You’ve Got to Work Hard to Rest

For this issue, I was asked to share about what homesteaders should do in the offseason, and how to incorporate rhythms of rest. I may be the worst person to write an article about the offseason for homesteaders, partly because our family lives in a temperate climate but mostly because I keep quite busy year round. But,  I do take time to rest. I know plenty of folks who get bored in the offseason and can’t wait for spring so they can get going again.
