Ingredients
- Fresh lemon balm a few handfuls
- Water
- Honey optional
Instructions
- Fill a quart-size Mason jar with fresh lemon balm leaves—the more the merrier! Fill with fresh water and let it sit in the sun for around 4 to 6 hours, then strain and enjoy!
- Add a little honey to sweeten, and/or freeze in popsicle molds for a yummy, refreshing treat!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- Juice of one lemon
- 4-6 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
Instructions
- In a jar, combine honey and warm water. Add lemon juice, garlic, and ginger. Stir well. Put on a lid and let the syrup sit for at least an hour, and up to overnight. Strain into an 8-ounce jelly jar.
- Take 2 teaspoons every 30-60 minutes until you are feeling better. Enchanted Garlic Syrup will last in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Ingredients
- 1 quart of water
- 2-3 tablespoons dried marshmallow root
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a quart-size Mason jar, combine water and marshmallow root. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Strain the marshmallow root and discard, or set aside to re-steep again.
- Warm the tea in a saucepan and add the honey and vanilla, adjusting to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
