Lemon Balm Sun Tea

One of my favorite ways to prepare lemon balm with kids is by making sun tea with fresh lemon balm. All you need is a Mason jar, some water, a few handfuls of fresh lemon balm, and a warm, sunny day!

Enchanted Garlic Syrup

One of my son’s favorite herbal “potions” is derived from Lesley Tierra’s A Kid’s Herb Book. Whenever anyone in our family starts to feel under the weather, my son goes to the pantry and begins making “Enchanted Garlic Syrup.”

Marshmallow-In-A-Cup Tea

My kids love making a drink they have taken to calling “Marshmallow-In-A-Cup Tea.” It’s fantastic for soothing dry, scratchy throats, and is much healthier than store-bought marshmallows, but just as fun for kids to make and enjoy!
